Product Description
The Princeton 6-person barrel sauna is a traditional steam sauna. This classic style has been our signature product for over 40 years. This simple design is highly effective, providing maximum usable space while minimizing excess cubic feet, which means the sauna will heat quickly and efficiently. The Princeton is constructed with rustic cedar, rustic fir, and clear cedar, which are soft lumbers that act as excellent insulators. The spacious interior is large enough to comfortably sit six individuals.
Sauna Design
The Princeton 6-person barrel sauna is designed using a ball-and-socket profile held in place by stainless steel bands. Minimal fasteners are used to show off the natural and smooth wood. Like all of our barrel saunas, the Princeton allows for maximum heat circulation because of the curved walls. The heat is constantly flowing, allowing for a full and rejuvenating sauna experience. The sauna is mounted on polymer support cradles that keep the undercarriage of the sauna from coming in direct contact with any moisture on the ground.
Materials
The Princeton is built using rustic cedar, rustic fir, or clear cedar. The lumber is thick and insulating, keeping the heat from your sauna inside. This sauna also features high quality stainless-steel hardware, a thick tempered glass door, and long easy-to-open cylindrical door handle. Along with all of our barrel saunas, the Princeton includes a standard LED light bar to give your sauna a soft accented glow.
Performance
This barrel sauna comes with a 8kW stainless steel heater and sauna stones. The sauna will heat to as much as 195°F in under an hour. Sprinkle water on the hot sauna stones for a rejuvenating burst of steam. This can be repeated multiple times throughout the sauna session as a way to add humidity to you dry sauna. This traditional sauna experience is full of health and wellness benefits such as pain relief from sore achy muscles and improved blood circulation. Purchased our Sauna around first week of January through the Costco Deal got the 8 man unit with electric Harvia Heater!!!
THIS SAUNA IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
IT WENT TOGETHER SO EASILY AND HAD ALM THE PARTS, The Holes Lined Up the, The Bands worked and it heats up in about 30 mins.. I give this a 10 Star Unit..

I bought this from Costco back in April, and due to my slowness at sight prep, didn’t complete it until September. It was missing a vent louvre and four staves were damaged or badly warped. But customer service was great! Even after a 4 or 5 month delay after the purchase there was no pushback about the parts I needed. Assembly of the barrel, itself, took about five hours. The heater seems very adequate. This morning the sauna was 38 degrees and heated to 140 in about 40 minutes. Can’t wait for cold weather!

We have been using our sauna for a week now and this has been true happiness added to our lives, the investment is worth it. We had our handyman assemble the sauna, it was no problem for him. It’s an amazing high quality product and works exactly as advertised. The 6-person barrel sauna is plenty roomy for two of us to lay down on either side (average height) and if we have friends over, plenty of room for 4 persons, cozy but not cramped for six. Highly recommend this product.

We purchased the 6 person Barrel Sauna from Costco 2 years ago and it has been one of the best products we have purchased from them over the last 20 years. We have had no issues with the sauna! It heats up amazingly fast and has plenty of leg room to lie down on the benches! Highly recommend Almost Heaven Saunas! The installation was very easy and can’t beat the Customer Service!
