Hemfir is lighter in color with small tight knots that give its rustic appearance. Rustic Fir is our most popular lumber for indoor saunas and is also ideal for exterior applications. The exterior of the sauna can be left natural or stained or painted as desired. This lumber is sourced from North America.
The Spectrum is a two-person infrared sauna designed with a contemporary feel in mind. The Spectrum is a full spectrum infrared sauna that has near infrared panels. The modern exterior complements the hemlock interior, and you will experience luxury inside with the extra-large carbon crystal heater panels. Seven heating panels will heat your body from within using FAR infrared rays, which are low on the EMF scale. You can dim the lights or change their color, sauna with music using the Bluetooth ceiling speakers, or simply relax against the ergonomic walls. Adjust the temperature, time, and more with the digital control panel. Whether you sauna in the Spectrum solo or with a friend, you will experience well-deserved relaxation.

Care & Maintenance
Wipe down the benches after each use and occasionally vacuum and dust or debris that you might have tracked in. Read more about long-term care here
Assembly
Some basic handyman skills are helpful when assembling the sauna. The only additional equipment needed is a cordless drill. Two people can generally do the assembly in 6 hours or less. It is recommended that you review the assembly manual in advance to familiarize yourself with the process.
