Hemfir
Hemfir is lighter in color with small tight knots that give its rustic appearance. Rustic Fir is our most popular lumber for indoor saunas and is also ideal for exterior applications. The exterior of the sauna can be left natural or stained or painted as desired. This lumber is sourced from North America.

Care & Maintenance
Wipe down the benches after each use and occasionally vacuum and dust or debris that you might have tracked in.
Sauna Type
Infrared sauna rooms deliver heat therapy without getting extremely hot. Instead, the infrared rays penetrate your body from the various heater panels throughout the room. Think of it like basking in the sun without the harmful UV rays: relaxing and good for you!
Assembly
Some basic handyman skills are helpful when assembling the sauna. The only additional equipment needed is a cordless drill. Two people can generally do the assembly in 3 hours or less. It is recommended that you review the assembly manual in advance to familiarize yourself with the process.
