Shipping policy

Production lead times vary from season to season. Give us a call at 888.355.3050 for a current estimate for when your sauna will ship. On the day your sauna ships, you will receive an email notification which will provide the carrier and tracking number. When the shipment arrives to your region, the carrier will call you to arrange a delivery appointment. If you will be away and unable to receive delivery, we recommend making arrangements for someone to receive delivery on your behalf.

*Please note Island Deliveries are subject to additional fees. Customer will be charged for 100% of additional delivery costs*

Read about our flatbed shipping policy here. Note: Saunas that ship flatbed is the Appalachia cabin sauna, the Allegheny cabin sauna, the Timberline cabin sauna, the Shenandoah barrel sauna, Newport Hybrid Sauna, Hampton Hybrid Sauna, and the Olympus Indoor Sauna.

 

International Sales and Shipping Policy

Almost Heaven Saunas does not ship individual saunas internationally. If you are interested in Almost Heaven Sauna products and are located outside of the United States, we are happy to direct you to one of our international partners.
