WARRANTY
Each Almost Heaven Saunas comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on all components. We will replace any component of the sauna room that fails due to a manufacturing defect at no charge to you. This does not include damage from normal weathering and wear-and-tear, improper use or assembly, or weather events. The term “Limited” also applies to transfer of ownership, meaning the warranty does not transfer to a second hand buyer.
Your Harvia heater comes with a 1-year warranty on the heating elements (coils) and a 5-year warranty on the other heating components. Additionally, we will replace any defective components. Your heater warranty does not cover incorrect electrical connections, not following manufacturer recommendations, improper stone placement, normal wear-and-tear, or corrosion that results from being near saltwater or using water hard water for löyly, which is the Finnish term for the steam generated from pouring water onto the stones. The warranty does not cover electrician costs incurred from any warranty claims.
This warranty only applies to saunas residing in the Contiguous United States.
