WARRANTY
Each Almost Heaven Sauna comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on all components. We will replace any component of the sauna room that fails due to a manufacturing defect at no charge to you in accordance with our Limited Warranty.
Your heater's warranty covers the heating elements in your heater for 1-year from the date of purchase, while all other components in your heater are covered under a 5-year warranty. Your heater's warranty does not cover any electrician or shipping costs incurred by any component replacement.
RETURNS
Almost Heaven Saunas will accept the return of unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus the initial and return shipping charges; we will also charge a 25% restocking fee. The product must be returned in its original packaging - assembled units cannot be returned.
