I’m still waiting for the power supply and controller for the heater. I called Monday and related they were missing from the shipment. so, I still can’t use the sauna and can’t fully rate it.

Been using my sauna almost every day. Customer support was fantastic when I had a few questions. Built the sauna in about 3.5 hours with the help of one other person for most of and two for just a couple of the panels. Definitely recommend having at least one to help two is even better for some walls but not needed at all. Upgraded to the wifi heater and couldn't be more pleased with being able to start the sauna from my phone.

Wow, our Bridgeport sauna is fantastic, purchased last October. After exhaustive research on saunas and heaters, we certainly made the right choice. We use it almost every day, and the health benefits are kicking in. The buying experience was great, took about 8 hours to easily assemble the sauna by myself, electricians came the next day to hard wire the 8kw heater to our 40w sub panel. We had an issue with the floor panels fitment, and customer/technical support were quick to respond and send out new floor panels that look and fit great. Installed the sauna in our newly remodeled basement over LVP flooring. So glad we purchased the 8kw heater as it cooks up quickly to 170-180. The heater timer is also nice so after a long bike ride or work out at the gym or after work, coming home to a hot sauna is such a relief! Love the water bucket- just add some essential oils to give your sauna that special sensory experience.

We recently purchased the Bridgeport with the upgrade 8KW Wifi enabled heater. It is a life changing experience and we use it daily. Quality is top-notch and the ability to turn the heater on remotely is a huge benefit for us. Nothing we would change and the process from ordering to delivery was seamless. Thank you almost heaven!

After A LOT of research, I’m talking months, Almost Heaven was the company I kept coming around to and after installing our sauna and enjoying it for a couple months I can understand why they are top rated for saunas. The workmanship of their saunas is barnone! It is no wonder the best sauna heater brand, Harvia, partnered up with them…out of all the sauna companies in the USA they could’ve partnered with! Customer service was also excellent. However, considering the quality of their products, it only makes sense that their customer service also excel. Great experience all around. I totally recommend this company if you want a quality sauna along with a great customer service experience.
