I love the look and smell of the sauna, but there are problems. First, the delivery was originally delayed. On its own, this single delay would not have been problematic. I was surprised to learn that, in the last step of assembling the box that arrived, that the electronic control box, that allows the heater to heat, was not included. After following up with Almost Heaven, I learned that this was on back order. To date, I'm told it should arrive late this week or early next week. That is the same report I received last week when I asked when I might be able to have my electrician wire up the 240V/40A service. Each day that goes on, staring at my beautiful cold box, makes me slightly more frustrated that I have a $6,800 unheated box, assembled in my basement! Any help would be appreciated.

Heater works well, heats up quickly, rocks make for great steam. Installation info is a bit vague. Once sorted out the sauna build and install went quickly.

I still don't have the power supply or controller, so I can't use it. I called last Monday and was told I would have it by last Friday. On Thursday, I was told it would ship early this week. Still hasn't. So, i can't use my sauna and the heater is just sitting there, unusable.

Heater is great, sauna is good except boards stamped outside are on the inside, they will not return phone calls

Says you should have the controller inside the house, if not buy an enclosure.. figured it would come waterproof.
