The 6K Wall Heater came standard with our Vienna Barrel. It has been fantastic. It looks beautiful with the dark stainless steel, and somehow stays shiny and clean, despite using our Sauna every single evening. We live in the Northeast, where temperatures have been anywhere between 10° - 35°F this winter. Leaving the heater's thermostat all the way up, the Sauna heats to around 175°-180°F in about 45min and climbs to 185-190° while in use. No negative feedback on this heater. Only thing to know if, let's say, you're deciding between a wood stove and an electric heater is that electric heaters do emit a low hum/buzz at times as they're heating up, which from plenty of research, I am confident is standard. We wanted electric because our sauna is right next to the house and we didn't want to fuss with kindling and maintaining a wood fire. No regrets! This heater is amazing. We love pouring water over the stones for the löyly effect. Last but not least, for anyone concerned about EMFs, while HARVIA doesn't offer stats on paper, they seems to be a very well-respected brand from Finland, which I have to assume maintains more ethical standards than let's say, China where many of the HARVIA "clones" are produced. The fact of the matter, after I spent literal weeks researching, is that all electric devices have EMFs and there is no such thing as a "Zero EMF" electrical sauna heater - even infrared - and what matters is when people are overexposed (as in, if you spent hours a day, every day in a sauna) which nobody in their right mind does. With a 6.5kW heater at a distance of even 1ft away, 20min a day, 7 days a week - you're perfectly safe. Sleeping with your phone on your nightstand is likely much worse. All-in-all, I'd give this 6 stars if it was 100% dead-silent at all times, but I'll settle for a full 5 star review because I couldn't be happier.

Been using our new sauna for a month, even in the cold of Michigan the heater warms up fast, is reliable, holds the temp.

Visually, this heater is stunning. Thankfully, it performs just as well. I assembled my sauna in the dead of winter in northern New England, in an early January cold snap. Consistent days of temps in the teens, and the Spirit had my Almost Heaven Huntington humming at 188 in less than an hour. Love it.
There’s a minor issue with the app/remote start that I’m dealing with- seems it’s not unusual. Lots of folks struggle initially, according to the chat rooms. I’m hoping Harvia’s team can work it out soon. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Regardless, still happy with the purchase.

As someone who spent months contemplating which sauna to buy, infrared or traditional, and what company to buy from, I am so happy I went with Almost Heaven! We upgraded the heater to the Harvia Spirit smart heater. Not only does it aesthetically look fantastic, it is very convenient to be able to start the sauna before I get home so it is ready to jump into. We have used ours every day. It is the Auburn 2-3 person and fits the 2 of us very comfortably.

I love the look and smell of the sauna, but there are problems. First, the delivery was originally delayed. On its own, this single delay would not have been problematic. I was surprised to learn that, in the last step of assembling the box that arrived, that the electronic control box, that allows the heater to heat, was not included. After following up with Almost Heaven, I learned that this was on back order. To date, I'm told it should arrive late this week or early next week. That is the same report I received last week when I asked when I might be able to have my electrician wire up the 240V/40A service. Each day that goes on, staring at my beautiful cold box, makes me slightly more frustrated that I have a $6,800 unheated box, assembled in my basement! Any help would be appreciated.
