Having wanted a "real" sauna for many years, and with frustration in using saunas at Spas, we purchased our two person home sauna (Hillsboro) from Almost Heaven and had it installed 7 months ago. We chose the highest output heating unit, because I wanted to make sure we could get the sauna consistently and reliably up to 200 degrees. The fit and finish is everything we hoped for. It heats from room temperature to 200 in about 40 minutes and everything works perfectly. Between my wife, myself, and house guests, we have used the sauna about 200 times and it works like a charm. When we had questions or concerns, the folks at Almost Heaven were responsive, helpful, and friendly. If we were to do this project again, we'd choose this company and this model without hesitation. All of our expectations have been met or exceeded.

Can't comment enough about how easy it was to build, and how nice the oven is for the unit. Definitely a 2 person sauna, but I couldn't find a better price on anything comparable anywhere. Customer service is great too.

My sauna is a wonderful addition to my home gym area. After a hard workout, I reward myself with a soothing sauna. It relaxes my body, mind and mood. What a great piece of equipment. Also, what a great sales and service team as well.

Easy installation and great customer service. I was missing a light bar and the top panel had been damaged in transit and I received replacements within a couple of days, no questions asked. Heats up quickly with the 6kw heater. Essential for my freezing Michigan winters. Definitely a one person sauna. Highly recommended.

Our Hillsboro sauna has been installed for about a week. The delivery and build were easy enough. Note that the vent window now goes on the bottom across from the heater, instead of the top. We did build it opposite of the instructions, so our door is on the right. This process only required a bit more visualization but was totally doable. Electrician cost was about 2k for everything, including permits which I would have preferred to omit. Yes, the stool is unstable so we put it perpendicular to the bench and now it won't tip every time we step on it. We did upgrade to the 6kw heater and I'm glad we did. We have to add a lot of water during our sessions just to keep the air moist but the heat is definitely there. The sauna heats up in about 30 minutes and is quite toasty. We haven't received our first electric bill but I'm certain any increase will be worth it. You will get a good sweat and for the price Almost Heaven nails it with the Hillsboro. Note this is definitely a 1 person sauna. I love my husband very much but would not want to share this space with him.
