From ordering our Auburn sauna, installation and now using it, Almost Heaven has been such a great experience. My rep, Kalyn, answered all of my questions during the purchasing process and helped me to think through which model and upgrades would be right for me. Which was especially important given that I placed my sauna outside (I do cover it when not in use). Took my son and I about 4-5 hours to assemble, and hired an electrician to wire the heater. Couldn't be happier with the service and product.

We purchased the Auburn 2-3 person sauna and just love it! It is made well, very sturdy, smells great and looks amazing in our wellness room. The sauna heats to 180 degrees in about 45 minutes. The instructions were easy to follow and it took us about 6 hours to complete. I had called numerous times before ordering to be sure I understood the heater and electrical wiring requirements. Every person I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the product. The sauna was delivered in the specified timeframe and all components were there. We highly recommend Almost Heaven.

My family purchased a Auburn 2-3 Person Indoor Sauna last year and we absolutely love it. What I am most happy about is Almost Heaven's customer service. Upon delivery, we noticed a damaged section that was made by the shipping company. I called customer service and they gave me immediate and clear instructions. The service Michael gave was superb and he helped during the entire process from the beginning while i was preparing to order .....all the way to the end. Assembly was not difficult and I'm impressed by the quality of the sauna itself. Great company and great service and....Made here in America.
