Shipping & Returns:

A note on shipping charges: Saunas that ship LTL have a flat shipping rate that has been negotiated with our carriers, meaning we can offer low shipping costs to bring your sauna right to your home. Shipping an 800-pound sauna is no easy feat, but we want to make sure you are getting a low price.

*Please note Island Deliveries are subject to additional fees. Customer will be charged for 100% of additional delivery costs*

Production lead times vary from season to season. Give us a call at 888.355.3050 for a current estimate for when your sauna will ship. On the day your sauna ships, you will receive an email providing the carrier and tracking information. When the shipment arrives in your region, the carrier will call you to arrange a delivery appointment. If you will be away and unable to receive delivery, we recommend making arrangements for someone to receive delivery on your behalf.

Upon Arrival:

The freight charge you pay includes delivery curbside to your home; the carrier will offload your order with a lift-gate to the curb at the end of your driveway (this excludes cabin saunas and larger barrel saunas).
Examine the exterior of the shipment. The sauna will be packaged, wrapped, and banded on a single pallet and can be maneuvered with the aid of a pallet jack. The pallet can also be disassembled and each item moved individually. We recommend having at least 2 people available to accept delivery.
It is a rare occurrence, but if the carrier determines that delivery cannot be made due to isolation or other specifics of your location, you may pursue one of the following options:

1) A smaller delivery truck can be arranged through a third-party carrier. These arrangements can be made by Almost Heaven, but you will be responsible for any added costs if they are incurred.

2) Saunas can be picked up at the local terminal. Most saunas can fit onto a pickup truck or small trailer, and the travel time to the terminal is typically between 1-2 hours.

If the customer refuses the sauna delivery without pursuing the options listed above, the customer will be held responsible for the return shipping costs and any related costs. Likewise, any re-delivery or storage fees incurred will be charged to the customer.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding delivery to your location, it is advised that you discuss them with your Almost Heaven Saunas representative at the time of order.

Note on returns:

Almost Heaven Saunas will accept the return of unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus the initial and return shipping charges; we will also charge a 25% restocking fee. The product must be returned in its original packaging - assembled units cannot be returned. Credit will be given upon inspection of the product to ensure all items are included and in good condition. To arrange for a return, contact Almost Heaven Saunas at 888-355-3050

International Shipments: Almost Heaven Saunas does not ship individual saunas internationally. If you are interested in Almost Heaven Sauna products and are located outside of the United States, we are happy to direct you to one of our international partners.
