We were excited to find a 'Made in America' product. We purchased this shortly before Christmas. It was delivered in one large handy box and the panels were easy for two people to maneuver down stairs into our basement. I put it together within an hour or two and had a friend help with the heater electrical install. We bought the non-cedar model and the wood smell is very pleasant. The heater heats it to about 175 degrees F in about 30 minutes. However, it starts warming up in the sauna very quickly and if I'm not looking for the 'full experience', I can enjoy quick heat within 10 minutes. We don't have anything bad to say about it. Quality seems good. We did buy the optional cedar plank flooring (under the accessory menu) which I think is easily worth the money. We leave the door open just a bit after and the hot air slowly leaks out to heat the basement and rest of the house. With this, we don't feel quite so guilty about energy usage. We are looking forward to many years of good relaxation.

My wife loves her sauna and I never thought I would be someone who used it. Well I tried it a couple times and I'm in love with it, I guess we should have gotten a larger one.
We can both get in and be fine but I still wouldn't mind it being larger.
Great way to relax and burn calories all at the same time. Kayln who helped us in choosing a model is absolutley awesome btw.

I spent months researching the best sauna for my home. I reached out to Kalyn numerous times during this process for information and she was informative, helpful, and professional. I finally dove in and made the purchase and I am so happy I did. The actual unit exceeded my expectations. It comfortably fits all 3 members in my family's and the quality of the wood is excellent. We use the sauna multiple times per week. We notice a big difference in our stress levels, muscle relaxation and our skin. We all feel we sleep a lot better after using our sauna in the evenings. We are excited for the long term health benefits we will reap from our sauna use. We are extremely happy with this purchase!

Not only was Kalyn overly helpful in helping me pick which sauna was best for myself and for the room. The quality of the Madison sauna was beyond my expectations! My main worry was being able to put it together by myself. With the instructions that came with the sauna it was a breeze. Love my purchase thanks!

I love my sauna!!! The install took a couple of hours but the directions are straight forward, and I found videos online that really helped. I’ve been in it almost every day, it’s the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. Couple of tips; definitely spring for the cedar floor and the bucket with ladle.

To get the real benefits I think you need to be in for 20 min every day. I feel great!!
