Purchased our Princeton barrel sauna about a year ago, and been enjoying it so far. This year decided to spruce it up a little with a floor kit, stain and some extra rocks for the heater (the rocks, btw, seem to have shrunk over the year, so i need more now to fill the gaps, but no bid deal on that end), and a rain jacket. The rain jacket was out of stock, so I paused that one.

It took over 3 weeks to get the order shipped (had to follow up a few times), which i don't really get. It's not like a whole sauna (which had to be shipped on a flatbed across the country to CA), and the prices they charge are on the higher end for all of their accessories and add-ons.

Once delivered, the floor kit was the wrong size. When I reached out over a live chat, they first told me that I ordered the wrong model. After I showed them the email confirmation, they agreed that someone on their end must have made an error, and promised to ship a replacement within 2-3 weeks. It's been almost a month now, and still no shipment confirmation.

It's not like any of these items are urgently needed, but for the above average prices, you'd think it will take less than a month to get these things shipped. When I asked why it takes so long, they said because of the holiday busyness. I hope so. I wanted to buy more items from them, but now reconsidering, and looking for alternatives on Amazon instead.

We ordered a new heater and rain jacket around October 15. We received both in 3 days. Heater works great, no problem. However the wrong size rain jacket was sent. Michael Voss in customer service told me he would send the correct size. This was November 5. It is now December 1 and still have not received the correct rain jacket despite repeated calls and emails to check the status. I was told on November 15 that I would receive it "next week." Meanwhile we gave an ugly tarp covering our sauna that continues to blow off, and have to keep repositioning it to protect our new heater. REALLY want the correct rain jacket. PLEASE

Did not receive sauna yet. Very hard to get answers. I received multiple descriptions of shipping company, but when I asked about delivery size, weight Zoe did not know it took days to only get 1/2 an answer so I hope I can accept delivery. When I placed my order I was told to order onyx color bucket/ laddel because ceder color was out of stock , and that when ceder color came in order would be changed. I have called several times it has been a week and still NO answer from Zoe. I guess I will be receiving the onyx color bucket I don’t want. Now I fear delivery experience. If anybody reads this before delivery CALL me with answers.

The shipping delivery about having 2-4 able people to help off loading in the middle of the week is impossible everyone I know works.

We received our rain jacket for our barrel sauna. The quality looks great we haven’t installed it yet but it m excited to put it on the sauna. The extra protection will be nice! Zoe was great! She made the purchase quite easy! Thank you!
