This backrest was the missing link to an enjoyable sauna experience! I was hesitant in purchasing this at first but after putting it in my sauna, it has elevated my experience. I didn't know what I was missing out by being able to comfortably extend my legs on the bench with my back supported perfectly. It's such a little thing that makes a big difference in my opinion and something you should consider adding to your sauna!

It all works and after once it's great. I could review again in a year.

It's heavy duty and serves its purpose but the back edges are not smooth so it could snagg the heater fabric of the sauna and could eventually cut the fabric. In my case it has to be positioned straight up and flush against the wood to prevent it from ruining the heater fabric.
