Ordered this product on November 28th. After couple of weeks, I hadn’t heard from
the company about any shipping delay or received a shipping confirmation. I called a couple times and told it would ship soon with no specific date. On December 21st, I called again and let them know it is a Christmas present and asked when it would be shipped. They finally sent it due to the persistence so it could get here for the holiday. If I hadn’t of called, there is no telling when it would have been received.

Product is fine and works well. I learned from my last purchase of this product, it’s important to empty out the water after use and keep it in a dry place otherwise the laddle and handle will mold. This is why I had to purchase a new one.

It is unfortunate, the company didn’t seem value shipping the product out or following up proactively with client is there was going to be a delay. Especially around the holidays, shipping is highly valued.
