But when I wrote them they said...sorry,it was a website error...OK,but thats not my fault,and should of gotten a little bit of credit...
So,I've been buying from Almost Heaven for well over 10 years,in fact I'm on my 2nd Sauna...upgraded few years ago...my past experiences were always 110% fantastic.....and I know this is a small issue,just dont like the reply.
ALL their Sauna Rocks were listed @ 40 LBS Boxes.....when I received my box is was right on the box its 33 LBS...so when your paying over $2 lbs for just rocks,would be nice to get what you pay for.....If you go to site now,its all fixed,but wasnt when I ordered...Mine were the Round Stones...so a 7 lbs difference,but feel sorry for people that bought the White Blizzard stones,because there is only 22 lbs in that box....18 lbs difference....if I had bought those,that box would of been returned..
Will I buy from Almost Heaven again..HECK YEAH..but
I never felt a company's web site should cost the customer.
So Stones get a 5,but customer service this time a 3 at best.
