The crate arrived on time. Assembly instructions are solid and much needed. My only suggestion would be to add a parts list. Extra staves, screws and nails make sure you can complete the build.

Placed order under the condition sauna could be held until October 28 before releasing for shipping. Sauna arrived September 28, one month early. Not pleased or impressed with the service.

Of all the things I have ever owned this is the only one that actually exceeded my expectations. This Company will assist you in any reasonable way to make sure your investment is the BEST Ever. Ours is 4+ years old and has been used at least 300 days per year without a single issue.

After months of research & deliberation, I’m sooo glad I made the purchase! I bought the 2-person and she’s perfect for me. Both efficient & stylish! 🔥👌🏼

1. It took me, my dad & a friend 4-6hrs to build. Once we got the hang of the system, it was a smooth process. 🛠️💪🏼

2. Heat rises so I put the thermostat at the level of my torso when sitting. This is different than instructions suggest, but best if you’re not going to be standing during your whole sauna experience. My sauna gets to about 215 farenheight before shutting off. 👌🏼

3. My dad’s a master electrician, so that was handy! ⚡️ I helped him wire the sauna outdoors and it was quite the simple process. I did, however, have to pay $500 for supplies. Copper wire is expensive in Cali!

4. The heat rocks are great! 🪨 Do like instructions say and DON’T use all the rocks. Leave about 7 out. Otherwise it crowds and less heat can pass through.

5. I purchased a custom tarp to cover the top half and use bungees to fasten down to protect from leaks when it rains. This was a smart purchase as it also helps lock in the heat and makes it even hotter in the sauna! They sell barrel sauna covers, but my custom tarp was far less expensive, high quality and I chose a color that matches my sauna. 💁🏼‍♀️

If I had the space for it, I would have purchased the 4-person. However, the 2-person is delightful, a showstopper & efficient! Friends are always stunned by the beauty. She’s definitely an art piece you won’t want to hide.

We love our new sauna and enjoy the benefits of a spa right at home! We installed it ourselves; the installation was easy and straightforward. I'm 6'2" and there is plenty of room inside. The Harvia heater is the real thing and manages to heat to 160F in about 20 minutes. Since our installation, we've had friends over who commented that they want the same thing. We've only had it for a few weeks and we're already feeling better. We thought we would share one of our photos. We think that it's a beautiful addition to our backyard. Thank you.
