Love having my own sauna at home! Being a professional firefighter the health benefits of sauna are undeniable. The Worthington fits great in my basement and is large enough for me(6’ tall) to lay flat on the top bench when I feel like it. Directions were clear and the unit was easy to assemble.

I have the Harvia 9kw heater and it gets up to temp in 35-45min. I had a slight issue with a burnt out element in my heater and contacted customer service who were easy to deal with and handled the issue quick and painless. They had a new set of elements to my house in less than a week free of charge.

Overall great experience and I would recommend.

So glad I bought this sauna. My contractor finished installing the sauna a few weeks ago with the standard heater and I couldn't be more pleased. I've used it 20 out of the last 25 days! I called the company a few times with some install questions and they were always helpful. The wood and the tinted glass doors are beautiful. The sauna is plenty hot! I didn't mount the temperature gauge as recommended because I wanted to make sure the sauna could get to maximum heat so I left it low and away from the heater which works wonderfully. The challenge with my install is that I put the sauna in the garage (view of mountains from my garage) and the garage floor naturally slopes toward the street so my contractor had to really work at leveling the sauna. I've been a sauna person all my life, especially enjoying the saunas of the UP of Michigan, so when I moved to Southern California I tested all the high end spa saunas. While they are/were great - they will likely be the last thing to open post pandemic. I just had to get my own and I now feel like I have my own little spa. So glad I did, and I am very happy with my model choice. I have tried high quality infrared but while some people may prefer, I have to have the rocks and ability to create steam - Finnish/traditional is the only way to go. Very pleased (and feeling quite relaxed) with Almost Heaven Saunas and the Worthington Model.

We just completed installing our new Worthington sauna with the optional 10.5 kW heater. From purchase to first use all went as expected and the support from Almost Heaven was very good.
